Submitted forms are easy to find from three places. Your most recent ones surface right on the dashboard, the full list lives under the Responses tab on the Forms page, and anything filed against a person shows on that client's Forms tab.
What you see is scoped by your permissions — your own are always visible, your team's if the template shares within the team. Submissions stay indefinitely (subject to retention policy), so they double as audit and handover.
Step 1
Recent forms on the dashboard
Your latest submissions show right on the dashboard — a quick glance at what's just been filed, each with its status. For the full history, head to the Forms page.
Step 2
The Responses tab
On the Forms page, switch to the Responses tab. Every submission lands here — yours and your team's — newest first, each with a status badge (Approved, Pending, Draft).
Step 3
Or look one up on a client
To see everything filed for one person, open the client and tap their Forms tab — the full list of forms submitted for them, with status and review actions.
