Notifications keep you on top of shifts, forms, schedules, and more — but you decide which ones reach you and how. Settings live under Profile › Notifications and Profile › Notification Preferences, and they work at four levels, from broadest to most precise:
- Device push — silence push on the phone you're holding, without affecting your other devices.
- Channels — turn a whole delivery channel (email or push) off everywhere. This applies to every alert type, including any you're given access to later.
- Per notification — toggle an individual notification on or off for each channel.
- Per form — for form alerts, choose exactly which forms notify you.
The notification groups you see are set up by your administrator and reflect the areas you have access to.
Step 1
Open your profile
Tap Menu in the bottom navigation, then tap your name to open your Profile.
Step 2
Device push — this phone only
Under Notifications, the Push Notifications · This device switch silences push on the phone you're using. Your other devices keep receiving — to stop push everywhere, use the Push channel below.
Step 3
Channels — turn one off everywhere
Under Notification Preferences › Channels, switch Email or Push off to stop that channel across all your devices. This covers every alert type, including ones you gain access to in future.
Step 4
Groups, set up by your admin
Notifications are organised into groups by topic — the groups you see reflect what your administrator has configured for you. Each group header has per-channel buttons to toggle the whole group at once.
Step 5
Tune a single notification
Open a group and use the Email / Push / In-app pills on any notification to switch it on or off, one channel at a time.
Step 6
Choose which forms notify you
Expand a form notification like Form Response Submitted to see a checklist of forms. Untick any form to stop its notifications while keeping the rest — then tap Save changes.
