The Forms area keeps everything to do with forms in one place. The Forms side menu has two pages: Management and Browser.
Form Management is split across two tabs — Form Templates lists the blank forms your organisation can fill in, and Form Responses lists the forms people have already submitted. The Forms Browser is where you focus on a single form: pick a template from the folder tree and every response to it loads in a sortable results grid. This walkthrough orients you to all three, without opening or filling anything.
Step 1
Form Templates
Open Forms from the side menu. You land on Management, on the Form Templates tab — the blank forms your organisation can fill in.
Step 2
Form Responses
Switch to the Form Responses tab. This is the other half of Management: the forms people have already submitted, each shown with its status and subject so you can track them.
Step 3
Open the Forms Browser
Click Browser under Forms in the side menu. It opens a folder tree of all your templates on the left, with a results area on the right waiting for you to pick one.
Step 4
Pick a form, see its results
Select a form template from the tree. Every response to that template loads in a grid beside it — sort, search, and filter to find the submission you need.
